Hello welcome to the health care magic

You have mentioned 18 year age that is too young age for conceving...

When with frequent sexual intercourse for one year, you can't conceive then further investigation needed....

Try to do intercourse around 14 day of menstruation cycle (12 to 18 day) and to detect ovulation LH kit also can be used

Focus on frequent intercourse during 12 to 18 day cycle

Check your husband semen analysis.....

You should get investigated with....
-Serum fsh, LH, prolactin estimation
-Serum TSH, T4
-CBC
-Chest x ray
-Serum RBS
-pelvic USG
-if needed hysteroscopy or diagnostic laproscopy planned

Hope your concern solved

Take care

Consult gynecologist for examination and discuss all these
