How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi. I have tried for many years to fall pregnant with no luck. I was told i have ovarian cysts in 2012 so could that be the reason? also, I have an irregular period. I go for months without getting a period and this concerns me as I am now in a stable relationship and it kills me that I cant have a baby.
