How Can Infertility Be Treated?
I have six years old don.im trying for secoud baby doctor suggested me to take dubagest 200 day 16 onwards till ten days at night after food.im takeing this continuesly two months my pergnancy test showed negative.shall v continue ths or quit?for next month

Hello,
Instead of taking Dubagest blindly you should confirm normality of ovulation and semen analysis before planning for baby. Provided both of you are normal. Start taking tab Folic acid and capsule Evion by both of you. You should go for unprotected sex around ovulation day. (It can be known by LH surge home test. Unprotected sex started from the day, test is positive for 5 days.)
Can add with progesterone supplement as per your doctor's advice from 16th day of menses, pregnancy can be tested after 8 days delay in periods by home pregnancy test. You should continue progesterone as per your treating gynecologist's advice after pregnancy is confirmed. Give 6 months of trial for positive result. Don't be impatient. In case no pregnancy after that you need consultation and investigations advised by fertility specialist.
