General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The endometrial thickness is good. You can consult an infertility specialist along with your partner. Get a semen analysis to look for and problems in male partner.

Further management will depend on initial evaluation, at first we may try ovulation induction and if everything fails, you can go for newer techniques like IVF.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
