How Can Infertility Be Treated?

I am a 31-year-old male who has recently undergone a steroid cycle, how can I go about seeking professional help for acquiring post cycle treatment (PCT)? I am concerned about my fertility and would like to be able to have children with my spouse as soon as possible. I was on a 16-week testosterone enanthate cycle (250ml/week) from Mid-november to Mid-April. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Consult an infertility specialist and evaluated. You can go for a semen analysis first. Further treatment will be based on semen analysis report.
