How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Am 45 yrs old still trying to conceive but with more than 20 fibroids from 14cms 13cm 11 9cm 7 6 5 3 2 to 1cm from mri. I have 3 kinds of fibroids. Can not do sugrey because of high sugar levels and high blood pressure. I am going for Embolization. My peroid is regular with normal bleeding. But my stomach is big like am 6months pregnant.i had a bad pain last month but it stoped with painkiller is Embolization good for me bc i dont want to remove my uterious i still want to have my kids.the MRI says some of the fibroids are degenerating and no immediate complication. I have had fibroids since 2003

Hi I think embolization can have effects on your future fertility. So, you can go for a myomectomy. There is a risk of bleeding during myomectomy which can lead to a situation in which hysterectomy is required. But you will have to take that risk. After myomectomy, you can plan for ovulation induction with IUI OR IVF to conceive.
