How Can Infertility Be Treated?
It has been 8 months of our marriage and am not getting pregnant my periods are more regular then before my marriage. I dnt know something is wrong with me or my husband as he does not feel excited or really wants to have sex even after a day or tow his sperm release is also less that s what i feel its a teaspoon or sometimes a tablespoon. He says i feel tired. I want a baby please help me

Normal semen volume is 2 ml approximately..
One tsp is enough semen volume I think
For your infertility investigate with following for primary work up...
-female thyroid profile
-female hemogram and chest x ray
-Serum prolactin
-endometrial biopsy
-tvs and if needed hysteroscopy
-male semen analysis
-male blood glucose
From these reports further comment will be given
