How Can Infertility Be Treated?
Hi doctor i am zahida 42 years old i have just one boy age 9 after that i have not conceive i am thyroid patient my TSH level is control .regular period .but my egg formation is very low however i do course ferti m injection but not conceive please i am also stress because my husband all time tease me

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Zahida...after 40s all the women have low ovulation.... so be confident ... you need not get upset if somebody teases you over this issue.
Apart from this as the ova are of low quality after 35 yrs of age ... ... there is high possibility of dawn's syndtome in babies born after 35 yrs age of mother.
So I would suggest.. you have one 9 yrs boy... you can skip the idea of having one more.OR
-Take 3 month course of oral contraceptive (like Yasmin 35) .. after the course there is possibility of ovulation. Test for ovulation by LHsurge test &have uprotected sex for 5-6 days from the +ve LHtest .
This would give you highest chance of conception.. provided your husband's semen report is normal &you have excluded other causes for non conception like tubal blockage
Don't forget to exclude dawn's syndrome if you conceive.
-Or if you have strong desire for second child adoot one.
