"As"per your clinical history is concerned infertility treatment depends upon underlaying pathology only and treatment should not be symptomatic only so if all investigations has been done and result is normal then you can discuss with your treating Doctor about [Diagnostic Laparoscopy]and it is a minor procedure. So treatment plan depends upon exact finding only.

Do modify your lifestyle like this which my help you to ovulate in future-

1)Maintain a normal weight. Overweight and underweight women are at increased risk of ovulation disorders. If you need to lose weight, exercise moderately.

2)Try to quit smoking.

3)Try to avoid alcohol.

4)Try to reduce stress.

5)Try to limit caffeine.
