what is the best medicine for conceiving........... i have no baby....im trying for baby for last two year but no result......what you suggest me. in my last altrasound my doc tell me that water balls are appear and that is not good for pregnancy.....

welcome to HCM.i understand your problem.you have polycystic ovarian disease.my opinion is that,
1.reduce your body weight.
2.check your blood sugar.you have to take drugs like metformin to reduce the blood sugar.
3.you may need ovulating agents like clomiphene citrate.you should consult with your gynaecologist for this.
4.surgical options like laparascopic removal of the cyst are also available.
