i have pcos and its been six years still trying to get pregnant please please help me been in clomid and other fertility meds nothing works we been spending so much money in meds and ob gyn sutll nothing we stop the meds cause we runniut of budget... what to do???
Hello dear I understand your concern Sorry to hear about your problem. PCOS is complex disease and treatment response is variable. You should take fertility medicine for at least 6 months to know the response. But is you have used for long duration then only option is in vitro fertilization after consulting the infertility specialist. Avoid stress, Reduce 10-12 % body weight by exercise like walking and running. Take small frequent meal rather than large meal Avoid excessive sweet. Take more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Hope this may help you
