Dear patient, i totally understand your concerns about your fertility. The following points should be taken into consideration: A- irregular cycles are indicators of anovulation in your case, and that is why you are having problems getting pregnant. the good part of your obstetrical history is that you were pregnant previously, even with medication, so that can rule out a lot of major reasons for infertility. B- in your case using clomiphine citrate (clomid) 50 milligrams 1 tablet twice daily for 5 days followed bu ultrasound to detect the volume of the follicules in your ovaries, when they reach the goal of at least 1.8 cm then a trigger is given to ovulate and you must do intercourse before and after the induced ovulation. this is ovarian stimulation with timed intercourse. it wilk definitely increases your cahnces to get pregnant. you can repeat this up to 6 cycles.
best regards
