How Can Infertility Due To Uterine Fibroids Be Treated?

hello Sir, i have been diagnosis with bulky uterus with mulitply uterine myomas largest measuring 87.9 x 83.1mm. i am 39years and for 4months now i have been having sharp cramps and the situation is worst during my period with last some times 7days . i do take diclo and trabar injection on a daily base. if i dont take i cant go to my office. presently i have been at home for 1month now because the pains are too much now and doctors are proposing removal of my uterus. This option i don t buy because i am still hoping to get a child. i am an African from Cameroon,cebtral Africa . Adding to this i have been operated 2 times for fibroid already. Operation took place 2008 and 2010 respectively. Please what other option and hope of having a child do i have.

Hello,

As you have severe pain due to fibroid and you are planning for pregnancy.

But having fibroid, chances of fertility are very low.

If you have bleeding, so it better to go for laparoscopic surgery to remove fibroids.

After that you can plan for pregnancy. Other options like Test tube baby are also available.
