Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Last June I was diagnosed by a doctor with a torn brachialis. I was rehabbed by a physio therapist and now have full and painless use of my upper arm. I contained to work the arm in a gym with bicep curls, concentration curls and hammer curls. However my arm has never regained its former size and strength in spite of my workouts and remains much smaller than my left arm. How would you advise me ?
