How Can Insomnia After A Lithotripsy Procedure Be Treated?

I was put to sleep twice in the past 2 months once for a stint and the other 4 weeks later for lithotripsy. it has been two months since my last surgery and I still have insomnia is this something that might go away, I am currently taking trazadone and Tylenol pm to put me to sleep at night , my problem is that this is becoming less effective as the weeks go by and I am not sure at this point where to turn. My GP doesn t have a plan on how to confront this problem as it continues. Looking for answers
