How Can Insomnia And Anxiety Be Treated?
I had triple bypass 8 years ago and now take 2 PB meds and a statin I have very restless sleep and trouble sleeping through the night. Also suffer from mood swings and anxiety. Thinking of trying serotonin supplement Is there any reason not to take this?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Considering your cardiac status, I will not recommend you to start on serotonin supplement. You can try other non-serotonin supplements which can give you good sedation like Mirtazapine. Get opinion from your doctor on this medicine and then you can give it a try. It will reduce your anxiety also. You can take low dose of Mirtaz.
