Consult clinical psychologist for counseling. Cause of restless leg syndrome can be treated like some chronic disease and diabetic neuropathy. Avoid sedative in insomnia. Lifestyle change reading habit at bedtime, socialization, regular morning walk, and physical activity in night should be increased.
