I have been taking MethyIprednisolone 4 mg for just 2 full days. I haven t been able to sleep at all today or tonight. I am also having stomach issue too. Now I remember why I was hooked on ice cream when I had to take it for my ITP problem many years ago. What can I do?

insomnea can be treated with increasing physical activity. take regular morning walk. develop reading habit specialy going before bed.yoga and meditation may help you. consult naturopathy expert for counseling. better to avoid sleeping tablet
