How Can Insomnia Be Treated When Trazodone, Temazepam, Zolpidem And Lunesta Are Ineffective?

Hello, I am a female age 40 and have been suffering from Insomnia for about 5yrs now. My doc has put me on several sleep meds like trazodone, temazepam, zolpidem and lunesta. None seem to work even on the first day. They just make me drowsy but nothing shuts me down. I just wake up tired and groogy. I am considering a sleep study since the drugs are not doing anything for me. Any other suggestions?
