How Can Insomnia Be Treated While Experiencing Stress And Depression?

I have insomia for 3 months now , Im having touble getting sleep and staying sleept i got most nights no sleep. I took sleepwell, sleepasil, clonazepam. Milk . Multivitamins but still it only work once. I have depression and stress but normally this help me tired and sleep but now since i tried one week graveyardshift after then i cannot sleep during nightime

It seems that you have a double issue at hand which is depression with insomnia. Often depression is actually the origin of insomnia. So I would suggest a medication which addresses them both, like an antidepressant with sedating properties. Amitriptyline or mirtazapine are two antidepressants which may be considered for that purpose.
