Hello, I just read your query. Improve your life style and sleeping pattern to improve your sleep. * First of all make a schedule. Go to bed regularly on same time. This thing will help you a lot in setting sleep pattern. * Avoid tv, laptop and mobile one to two hour before sleeping as blue light of all these hinder normal sleep pattern. * Keep distractions like tv away from your bedroom. Bedroom is meant for rest only. * You can do head massage one hour before sleep. * Do walk daily in the evening. * As far as medicine is concerned you can take tryptophan which is an amino acid with the advise of your physician. As tryptophan promotes better sleep because it helps in production of a hormone named melanin, which is secreted while normal sleep pattern. So you can ask for it from your physician. * I hope you find my answer helpful. Thank you.
