How Can Intermittent Bouts Of Constipation Be Treated?

Ive been experiencing bouts of constipation for the last 2 months on and off. It has started to increase in severity where it is painful to have a bowel movement or when I finally have releaf it is diarhea. I m trying to releave my symptons with probiotics and more green leaf vegetables. still no improvement. should I contact my physician?

I have gone through your query. Gastritis also can give constipation. Taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole for 4 weeks will be helpful. You can also take stool softeners like lactulose or dried prunes at bed time.
