How Can Intestinal Pinworm Infestation Be Treated?

Hello, I have a pinworm infection, I am doing what I can to fight them. I do have a prescription for Albendazole but can not afford it. I tried an OTC pinworm med, it definitely helped. The tubular thing shooting eggs out of my rectum shot out into the toilet like a bullet. It was about 6 long and about 1.5 in diameter. Is this the egg producer for pinworms? Or do I have a separate infestation? 6 different times I ve gone to the restroom with about a 3 something in the toilet each time. There are still eggs coming out and pinworms all around. ??? I have not had the anal itching associated with pinworms. I have photos.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It doesn't seem to be pinworm infestation. It could be any other work infestation. And the worm coming out means it could be spreading to other parts too. Do consult a physician at the earliest and get tests done before it worsens.
