Hello,

Are you feeling any mass in the breast? Any nipple discharge? Some cancers particularly breast cancers run in families. Had your sister underwent molecular testing for BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes? If they are positive, then there is a high chance of getting cancer. My suggestion is, please consult a general surgeon and have either fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) or biopsy from the suspected spot like lesion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
