How Can Iron Deficiency Anemia Be Treated?

I have iron sufficiency anemia... I m taming iron, folic acid, vitamin C supplements everyday. I have a heavy period and losing too much blood every month. the supplements don t seem useful. what else can I do to level my iron? last test my iron was 6

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Iron loss is probably due to heavy menstrual flow.
Iron supplements will help to correct iron deficiency.
If the iron supplements are not helping then intravenous or intra-muscular iron supplement may be required.
