How Can Irregular Lymphocyte, Absolute Count And RDW-SD Levels In The Elderly With Feet Swelling Be Treated?
My dad is 90 years old , his cbc test revealed lymphocyte % 44 and absolute count 4.33. And Red cell distribution width -SD ( RDW-SD) 53.7 fL. All other parameters are well within the range for all tests...he has slight swelling on feet as he does not walk too much

High lymphocytes can be from viral infection most commonly. If he has any cold history than provide it for giving more comment. If cold is present, symptomatic management is done for that. Repeat CBC after few days. If still lymphocytes is high than peripheral smear examination report should be done.
