How Can Irregular Periods And Infertility Be Treated?
Am 30 yrs old, I ve inregular menstral flow n I went 4 scan n d result shows a (normal sized anteverted uterus wit thickened endometrium n a solitary small intramural fundal fibroid n d ovaries show features of polycystic ovaries n no significant fluid in d pod.) Can dis b treated n b pregnant? Pls doc, I nid ur advice.

Management depends upon managing the cause. PCOD has been good handled with medications in many instances. Surgery as laparoscopic drilling or others in refractory cases. Fundal fibroid has to be removed at all for any chances of pregnancy, there is no medical alternative for the same.
