How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated While Suffering From PCOD?

Hi have PCOD problem, i am divorcee. I was with my husband till Feb.2016 last time we had physical relation in Feb.16 then I took i-pill, after that i got periods in Feb end. then on 3rd April without any pill but from April till today i didnt get my menstrual cycle. I took a pregnacy test also by Preganew but it was negative. what should i do now? is there any tablet to regularies my cycles?

There are several treatments and all help most.
Exercise and weight loss. Works, eventually it is guaranteed, but only a small percent even get 10% weight loss (the minimal amount to be effective).

Metformin.

Hormonal manipulation. Most start with the simple OCP's that have the lowest amount of hormones that work (takes trying a few). If that doesn't work, more powerful drugs to just shut everything down can be used but they are not an ideal long term solution.
