Hello, I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Based on your history its clear that you are having polycystic ovarian disease which is the most common cause of irregular periods and infertility. Yes, PCOS is curable so dont worry. I will suggest some possible treatments for you: -Weight maintenance is the important in the treatment of PCOS -You need to make your periods regular which is possible with oral contraceptive pills and for them you need to consult your doctor. -If you are planning for pregnancy then you need to regularize your period first and then your doctor will prescribe medication like clomid for ovulation. -Coming to your hypothyroidism you need to take thyronorm according to your TSH value your doctor will prescribe that. -Avoid eating cabbage, sprouts, cauliflower etc.
Hope this answers your query.
Regards, Dr.Alekhya.
