How Can Irritable Bowel Syndrome Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with IBS-D, however I had my gallbladder removed years ago and have been warned not to take Viberzi. I have heard about Cholestyramine and it s good results, but my doctor is pushing Viberzi. I don t want to take the risk of that drug. Are there any other options for me?
