How Can Isolation That Results From Depression Be Treated?
Today in class we were talking about how people who are depressed often don't want to partake in social activities and they retreat to isolation. I enjoy hanging out with my really close friends but I often resort to isolation when I'm not around people I feel really comfortable with. Am I depressed? Do I have normal social reservations?
You don't seem to be suffering from depression. In depression you have global withdrawal plus a number of other features such as sad mood change in sleep and appetite. " I enjoy hanging out with my really close friends but I often resort to isolation when I'm not around people I feel really comfortable with" this is just your nature.
I hope this solves your query
