I have very cold upper arms, dry itching skin and dry eyes that are burning and crusting near the edge of my eyes at my nose. I itch all over scalp and arms and legs and my upper arms are cold. This has been a few days and I don t know why it won t go away. Drinking more water, using drops for eyes, Systane and wearing layers on my arms. I do have glaucoma but use dorzolamide twice a day. Have had lens implants for cataracts a year ago.
