How Can Itching And Burning Sensation In The Vagina Be Treated?

I am 68 years old and a diabetic. I have the worse itching burning in my vagina. No discharge no yeast just on the outside of my vagina. I have taken bacterium it would get better but it returns. Will clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream help

get checked by gynechologist antiseptic pessaries can be used. still yeast infection is to be ruled out can take systemic antifungal antibiotic. urine can be tested and if required culture and sensitivity can be done. maintain cleanliness and hygiene. if youare active insex then the partner can be tested consult diabetologist for advise on investigation and treatment and dieat control glycosylated hemoglobin can be tested.
