I am having soreness and itching and burning feeling in the vaginal area. As well as the feeling I need to urinate and when I do I have a hard time starting a stream and I still have the feeling of having to urinate. I have also been having a strangle vaginal disorder that makes my underwear flee wet.

I can understand your discomfort. By seeing your presentation, these symptoms are most commonly seen in urinary tract infection (bacterial) or fungal infection of vagina.

In infections due to inflammation and swelling, urinary tract may get partially blocked. Hence urine stream may be slow. Strangle vaginal disorder may add to this condition.

Coming to management part, you have to follow the below:
1. antibiotic or antifungal to be started
2. maintainance of hygiene
3. avoid scented pads
4. wear cotton panties

Hope you recover soon
