Hi there I have a very dry , itchy and imflammed around my vagina it also has tears like paper cuts ive read about how it could be low estregon it becoming more of a night time that im itchy Ive checked for worms doctors has also cleared thrush Im also a type 1 diabetic so not sure if it clashes getting quite uncomfortable now and depressing

i can understand your concern. you havent mentioned your age,menstrual history and sexual history. this is important in understanding and diagnosing your case.
Most of the times dry, itchy ,inflamed vagina usually is due to infections mostly fungal . a single tablet of antifungal fluconazole 150mg is sufficient.
kindly get your sugars checked and dose of insulin adjusted if your sugars are not within control. High sugars prevent infections from healing.

If you are around menopausal age this can be due to low hormones. this can be treated with hormonal pills.

eat a healthy diet. eat plenty of green leafy vegatables drink adequate amount of water to keep yourself hydrated. these are essential for your vaginal health as well as general health.
