Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With the history you have provided about Candiforce 200 helping and the area of skin affected you are suffering most probably with Dermatitis with fungal growth with secondary thinning of skin.
You have well been prescribed and continue the same.
In addition to this you need the following:
Multivitamins and mineral to strengthen the skin.
Get Vitamin D levels and correct the deficiency if present.
Use only loose underwear and pants as aeration of the area is very important.
Clean the area with plain water at least three times a day- the early morning bath, after work and at bedtime.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
More the sweating more will be recurrence.
Also check for blood sugar or any other condition that has reduced your resistance.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
