Hello,

You are having itching and tiny spots on penis foreskin. Poor hygiene is the cause of such symptoms. Allergy to latex condom may also cause such symptoms. Take bath regularly and wash your private area gently with an antibacterial soap. Change clothes from inside out regularly, wash your clothes daily. Wear soft cotton clothes. You have not mentioned anything about your sexual life. Your symptoms are indicative of penile yeast infection.

Small red spots, cracked foreskin, itchiness, thick, white discharge under the foreskin or other folds of skin, tiny spots on top of the penile foreskin folds are all symptoms of penile yeast infection. You can apply topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole, on the affected area for relief. You can take a course of antifungal antibiotics like fluconazole for faster relief. Uncircumcised men are at the risk of male genital yeast infections. If the infection is recurrent you can consider getting circumcised.

However, sometimes such symptoms may be indicative of sexually transmitted diseases, genital herpes, gonorrhea, Chlamydia, warts, etc. Get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. If positive you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Urologist to rule out pearly white papules, molluscum contagiosum, syphilis, HPV, etc. You will be treated accordingly. If sexually active, avoid sex or any sexual activity, self pleasuring for a couple of days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
