Hi Madam! From your history details, I understand that you are suffering from 2 different problems. At the anus, it’s mostly
anal fissure. Its a very painful condition associated with bleeding. Causes of anal fissure are constipation, straining at stools, dehydration and hard stools. Main stay of treatment for fissure in anus is as follows :
1) Diet modifications with more fibre and fruits especially banana, water melon, oranges.
2) Lactulose syrup 5-10ml is recommended 1 hour before sleep is recommended.
3) Most important thing is avoiding straining at stools and
chronic cough, obesity.
4) Anovate cream can be applied intra-anally at least twice daily with an applicator that is provided along with cream. Coming to vaginal rash, following are some possibilities :
1)
Vaginal candidiasis
2) Bacterial vaginitis
3) Any sexually transmitted diseases like
trichomoniasis,
genital herpes, chlamydia infections.
4) In post menopausal women, due to dryness, vaginal and vulval itching and rash may occur. Only with examination in detail by an expert gynecologist, specific diagnosis can be made and an appropriate treatment be initiated. Hope my answer clarifies your doubts.
