How Can Itching In The Groin Area Be Treated?

Hello, I have jock itch that will not cure... I have been using lotrimin AF clotrimazole cream... the condition began healing then it came back.. I been using dry powder... it helped the condition a little bit but jock itch isstill persisitant.. I began trying rubbing alcohol which is painful... I am out of ideas... Please advise

You do have a fungal infection of the groins. Please apply an anti fungal cream like Terbinafine on the area twice a day for at least 6 to 8 months or more till the fungus is eradicated completely. Please avoid wetness and sweating of the area which can delay the fungal resolution.
