How Can Itching In The Groin Area Be Treated?
I had jock itch in my groin area which seemed to have spread onto my testicles the groin itch is a fungis and has healed but the redness itchiness on my testicles wont go I have tried some steroids like hydrozole etc but they just made the area more inflamed I am now on bachtroban but there was a improvement but now the red red dots on the hair follicles seemed to be overtaking again pls give me a answer what to do

It is tinea infection which will take time to heal, at least 4 to 6 weeks if treatment is taken regularly.
Change your life style, for instance, wear cotton under garments which help absorb sweat, further fungal growth can be retarded.
