General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This is Tinea Cruris a type of fungal infection which mainly occur such areas where secretions are more because that area is very good medium for fungal growth.

It can be treated by wearing cloth like cotton which can absorb the secretions. Antifungal cream (Miconazole cream) or Fluconazole once or twice a week or tablet may help. If itching is there take Levocetrizine.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
