How Can Itching In The Groin Area, Legs And Abdomen Be Treated?

I have a terrible condition of skin itching, it started a year ago with jock itch, now it is in the legs, abdomen and scalp. I have been to a dermatologist, who prescribed triple paste anti-fungal, it controls the groin and legs itching for a few hours, then it comes back again! He did not prescribe anything for the scalp, only a simple over the counter shampoo, that also does not do anything. PLEASE HELP!
