The foreskin on my penis is dry itchy cracked an bleeds a little when I pull back the skin it s painful an that s when it tends to bleed alitte from the cracks the top of the penis head is red with little bumps as well I m daibetic as well I m 39 what can I do to treat the situation please hel me
