How Can Itchy Blisters On The Feet Be Treated?

What kincondition would start with Bo... requiring high dose steroids and antibiotics. He Diabetes non insulin controlled. Sudden onset of peeling, blistering red spots with severs itching. Has HX eczema. Vinegar compresses recommended for painful open blisters on feet.
