General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there, it seems like a simple case of prickly heat. I would suggest keeping these areas dry. use talcum powder if needed. take cetirizine for itching if its too much. Some more info could help-
-Are you a sweaty person?
-Is there associated fever?
-how is the climate of the place where you live?
-If you could post some pics here, it would definitely help.
And finally i would like to recommend a visit to a doctor. As most of the skin conditions are better diagnosed when seen in person.
I find this answer helpful
