How Can Itchy Rashes In The Armpits And Thighs Be Treated?

I have a light rash around both arm pits, the backs of my thighs, and my breasts and upper chest. This has been itching terribly and has lasted for three days. I have taken benedryl at night to try to stop scratching. I have tried lotion, baby oil, baby powder. Nothing helps.

as far as itchy rashes in these areas go,there aren't many therapeutical solutions: antihistaminics, corticosteroids and antibiotics. all of these can be topical or systemic . both ways can be used simultaneously. try mixtures of for instance gentamycine and beclometasone...etc. klindamycine solutions locally. powder it with talcum to prevent its appearance (absorbs sweat).
