How Can Jaundice In A Toddler Be Treated?

My 2 week ol daughter had a bt of jaundice, it was 5.9 when we left hospital on day 2 but it seems to be more on her chest and a bit In HER eyes now. Should I worry? I have a doc appt on Monday and will get HER checked or but is there any harm in waiting? She is eating fine just seems to have a lot of reflux ans Does sleep a lot
