Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m a 32 year old female with weird joint pain and fatigue. X-rays shows degenerative changes in my spine, knees and shoulders. My anti-ccp was 16 and my RF 10. Both are considered in normal range. Does everyone in the general population have anti-ccp in their blood or should I requested my doctor investigate further?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
More details are required and detail evaluations needed.
If you are an older person with age more than fifty, detailed evaluation is needed including bone scan. It can be a symptom of disseminated cancers with metastasis to bone.
In young age groups it might be due to viral illness and doesn't have much clinical significance.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
