How Can Joint Pain In The Right Hand Be Treated?

I have very very painful joint pain in my right hand.also, my thumb is very painful when it goes down at the joint and I can t get it back up without excruciating pain.i have two other fingers that clamp down at the joint.it is hard to get them back up.please help.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. Please find my advice below-
1) ALCIFLOX 500 mg tab for 7 days two times a day
2)combiflam 2 times a day
3)ACTICORT tab-10 mg for 7 days then 5 mg for 7 days 2.5 mg for next 7 days
4) Do Full blood count with differential and uric acid test
