General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to renal stone causing urinary tract infection. For that you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, ultrasound abdomen after urologist consultation. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. You may require surgical intervention after surgeon consultation. Keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
